Ulf has over 20 years’ experience in the mobile industry with proven track record in launching more than twenty customized phone models. As a Marketing Director in Fingerprint Cards, he is responsible for all Marketing and Business Intelligence activities within the company. He is also the Country Manager for India wher his area of expertise is highly valued in promoting FPC products and exploring new business opportunities.

There are more and more mobile devices featuring fingerprint sensors, passwords will gradually be replacd by fingerprints as it’s unique for each person, also much easier and faster to unlock or activate actions.
One parameter is speed another one is accuracy, so how fast and accurate the sensor will recognize me? If sensor and algorithm isn’t integrated well it will not perform well, fingerprint sensor will be nothing but a decoration on the device.
The other is security, one of the most important things that everyone cares about. Is there a risk that someone might steal and copy my fingerprint? That’s why we develop FPC SafeTouch the anti-spoof solution from Fingerprints.
Ulf表示，目前越來越多的移動終端搭載指紋識別，指紋本身具有的獨特性，再加上指紋比文字密碼更簡便、快速地解鎖或執(zhí)行操作，文字密碼將逐漸被指紋識別取代。
當下，大家對指紋識別的關注重點一是快而精確，如果芯片和算法無法整合、運作得當，指紋識別只能淪為移動終端上的裝飾品而無實際用處；二是安全性，這是所有人最關心的問題之一。用戶會不停問到“我的指紋會存在被竊取或復制的風險嗎？”這也正是FPC致力于開發(fā)SafeTouch防偽技術的原因，期待提供更全方位的安全性與功能性。
We expect to learn more and further understand about the mobile market in India, meet the Indian OEMs and new potential customers. We also would like to understand mobile payment related items in India, what is the plan of India government? How would a cash-less society look like? Does India government plan to build a non-cash environment in near future?
對于本次論壇，Ulf表示，FPC期待與印度的OEM廠商和新的潛在客戶會面，由此對印度市場有更深更廣的了解。同時，FPC也期待有機會了解移動支付相關法規(guī)及現狀，了解印度政府在移動支付方面的規(guī)劃，以及印度政府是否會建立無現金化社會，將如何建立等問題。
